High above the river, with the skyline burning blue, join us for the kind of night it takes thirty years to earn.

“Of all the nights in thirty years, this is the one we intend to remember.”
Thirty felt like a number that belonged to other people — then it showed up wearing my shoes. So we’re doing the only sensible thing: gathering everyone I love on one rooftop and refusing to check the time.
No ceremony, no slideshow, no speeches before half past eleven. Come hungry, dress sharp, stay late. The best thing about the last thirty years is the people in the room — and that’s you.

Black tie, no tie — after-dark sharp, comfortable by midnight.
Cocktail or floor-length in ink, midnight blue or silver. Shine encouraged.
A dark suit, open collar. A flash of chrome or electric blue, if you like.
Has thirty years of material and a strict two-minute limit. Unenforceable.
Was there for every questionable haircut. Photographic evidence promised.
One glass raised to the next thirty — then the records come out.
Raise whatever’s in your hand.

Your reply is on its way to Dre. See you after dark.
Having you in the room is the whole point. If your hands need something to carry, bring a memory of the last thirty years — Dre will trade you a drink for it.
