How The Premiere works

The Premiere is made for one couple, in four steps. You write us a Story Letter. We send your first look within five business days. We refine it with you over two rounds. When you approve it, your invitation premieres by WhatsApp, link or QR code, and every reply arrives in one list.

The process

From your story to the premiere

Nothing reaches a guest until you have seen it and approved it.

  1. After you reserve

    Your Story Letter

    Once you reserve with a $500 deposit, we send you a few guided questions. Answer them in your own words, or by voice note on WhatsApp, and send your photographs with them.

    • It takes the place of a long call; a fifteen-minute call is there if you would like one.
    • Tell us about your events, your languages and your paper suite.
    • Please make sure you may use the photographs you send, for example with your photographer’s permission.
  2. Within five business days

    The first look

    Within five business days of receiving your photographs and Story Letter, you see your first look privately: the film of the two of you, and the invitation around it.

    • Your film is made from your photographs with AI film tools, directed and finished by hand.
    • It comes in one of three treatments: Portrait, Painted or Heritage.
    • Colors, monogram and type are matched to your paper.
  3. Two rounds

    Refinements

    Tell us what to change, from a word to a color to a moment in the film. Two rounds of changes are included.

    • The balance is due only when you approve.
    • If after two rounds the first look doesn’t feel like the two of you, we return your deposit in full and nothing is released.
  4. Once you approve

    The premiere

    Your invitation goes out by WhatsApp, link or QR code. It opens at your guests’ touch, your music begins and your film plays, with every detail beneath it and a reply in one tap. Every reply arrives in one list.

    • Every event in one place, written in your families’ languages.
    • Meal choices and plus-ones, a weekly summary, and a spreadsheet for you and your planner.
    • Hosted through your wedding and for twelve months after, with no monthly fee.
Sending and replies

One link for every guest

Your invitation is a web page, so guests open it in their phone’s browser. There is no app to download and no account to create.

How guests receive it

  • WhatsApp. Send it to a chat or a family group; we give you a WhatsApp kit to make that easy.
  • A link. Your own address, by text or email.
  • A QR code. For a printed card or your paper suite; guests point their camera at it.

Every reply in one list

Guests reply on the invitation itself, with meal choices and plus-ones. Replies collect in one list as they come in.

Each week we send a summary, and there is a spreadsheet for you and your planner, so no one tallies replies by hand.

How long does The Premiere take?

Your first look arrives within five business days of receiving your photographs and your Story Letter. After that, the pace is yours: two rounds of changes are included, and nothing is sent until you approve.

What do we need to send you?

Clear photographs of the two of you, and your Story Letter: a few guided questions answered in your own words or by voice note on WhatsApp. Please make sure you have the right to use the photographs, for example your photographer’s permission.

Does Life Invites use AI?

Yes, and we say so plainly. Your film is made from your photographs with AI film tools, directed and finished by hand. Nothing is filmed on location, and nothing is shared with a guest until you approve it. Our AI wedding invitations guide explains more.

What if the first look doesn’t feel like us?

Tell us what feels wrong, and we refine it. If after two rounds of changes it still doesn’t feel like the two of you, we return your deposit in full and nothing is released.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Your invitation is a web page. Guests tap your link on WhatsApp, by text or from a QR code, and it opens in their phone’s browser.

How do we see the replies?

Every reply collects in one list, with meal choices and plus-ones. Each week we send you a summary, and there is a spreadsheet for you and your planner.

Can we change details after the invitation is sent?

Yes. Tell us what has changed, whether the schedule, a venue or the wording, and we update it. Every guest sees the change on the same link.
